Welding Fabrication Supervisor
At Heiden, we build high-quality custom metal fabrication products that our customers depend on every day. Welding is a critical part of what we do, and this role plays a key part in keeping production moving and quality high.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands welding, leads from the floor, and wants to be part of a growing, fast-paced environment. While strong welding knowledge is required, this role is focused on leading the team, supporting production, and providing technical guidance.
Purchasing & Supply Chain Specialist

This role is a mix of purchasing, problem-solving, and coordination. You’ll be working directly with vendors, supporting the shop, and making sure the right materials are in the right place at the right time. If something is off, you’ll be the one helping get it back on track.

At JPF Paint Finishes, we are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Lead who can keep our equipment running at optimal performance with minimal production downtime. This role will maintain all maintenance aspects including the facility operating safely and efficiently. You will be actively repairing, troubleshooting, and improving processes. If you like problem solving in a fast-paced environment, this role could be a good fit for you.
